My first "Knicks" game!
This was the first competitive NBA Basketball game I have attended in NYC and I have to say I had a blast!
The "Knicks" won playing against the Atlanta "Hawks"
This shot was taken from the 'nose-bleed' seats on the 70-200mm F2.8 with the ASA set at 1600.
It hasn't reached the print stage yet but the image will need some work in Photoshop to before attaining good print quality.
However I was more than pleased with the performance of the lens considering the the distance I was shooting from!

Excellent photo. I miss these kind of sports an an ex-Torontonian, I had sports of all kinds at my finger tips - Leafs, Rafters, Blue Jays & Argos OH HOW I MISS ICE HOCKEY. All I have now is soccer. Looking forward to World Cup in Germany this year. We had the real FIFA cup in our house over the weekend during a pit stop to Brazil - AMAZING. Life without sports is unimaginable!
PS: we just got the 350D and want to get some accessories. Looks like your lens was VERY effective.
